Looking to buy my first gun, riffle, shot gun?

I’m a 5 ft 4 women 150lbs with a herniated disc in my lower back. So I need something with light to no recoil for home protection. Something I can shoot a few rounds before reloading. I have zero experience. please give me suggestions on all three guns. Thanks
