cod world at war online tank reload time?

I’ve noticed that when up head to head with another tank, they seem to shoot their main gun faster than i do. i thought at first that it was the Ordinance Training perk, but that says it only works for the turret, does it also work for the main gun?

   it usually does only work for the main gun thats where its starts to be basic.

   their are two different tanks
   one reloads faster one has higher damage

   Ordinance Training IS for the main gun. The perk for the turrets is called Water Cooling.
